SAUCY SPINACH 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 (8 oz.) can sliced water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. dry onion soup mix

Place spinach in 1-quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover with casserole lid. Microwave (high) 3 to 4 minutes or until thawed, breaking spinach apart with fork halfway through cooking time.

Add water chestnuts, yogurt, and soup mix, stirring until blended. Cover. Microwave (high) 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
