CREME DE CACAO BALLS 
2 1/2 c. crushed Oreos (about 30)
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. Creme de Cacao
2 tbsp. dark corn syrup
Sifted confectioners' sugar

Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; mix well. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll balls into confectioners' sugar. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. This recipe is best when "aged" for about a month before consuming. Makes a great Holiday treat!
