CHIP-COATED OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. finely crushed potato chips
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Dash of paprika
2-3 lb. fryer, cut in pieces
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

Combine crushed potato chips, salt, pepper, paprika. Combine eggs and milk. Dip chicken first in egg and milk mixture, then in chip mixture. Melt butter in baking dish. Add chicken (do not stack) and cook at 325 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender.
