CRUSTY CHIP FRIED CHICKEN 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. potato chips
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of pepper
1 (2 1/2 lb.) frying chicken
1/2 stick butter, melted

Combine chips, garlic, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in melted butter, then roll in chip mixture. Bake in shallow ungreased pan at 375 degrees for 1 hour or until tender. Don't turn. 4 or more servings.
