UNCLE WALLY'S PIZZA DOUGH 
5 lb. bag Gold Medal better for bread flour
1 1/2 pkg. rapid rise yeast
1 c. olive oil
1 c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Mix water, yeast, sugar, salt and oil dissolving thoroughly. Add 3 1/2 cups more warm water, then begin adding flour by the cup until the dough is firm and not sticky (about 4 3/4 pounds). Let dough rise 3 to 4 hours. Beat down and let rise again 1 to 2 hours. Makes 4 to 6 pizzas. Dough can be frozen.
