ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can enchilada sauce
1 sm. jar taco sauce
Grated cheddar cheese
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 bag Doritos

Bring all ingredients to a boil. Brown beef, drain. Put 1 bag Doritos in bottom of large casserole dish. Pour meat mixture over. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
