SPANAKOPETA 
3 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
6 whole scallions
1 lb. feta cheese
12 oz. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. unsalted butter
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dill
6 eggs, beaten
1 lb. filo dough
Olive oil
Parlsey

Cook spinach. Drain well. Add onions in olive oil. Mix cheeses, parsley and dill in large bowl. Add eggs and mix well. Add spinach and onions.

Butter bottom of large casserole dish or pan (9 x 12 x 2 inches). Place thin layer of filo dough top with spinach mix. Butter with pastry brush, add dough. Begin layering process again. Continue until all ingredients are used. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
