POTATO SOUP 
6 med. potatoes
4 carrots
2 onions, diced
4 celery stalks, diced

Saute onions and celery in 1 stick butter. To sauteed mixture, add 1/2 to 3/4 cup flour. Mix all together until lightly brown. Mash potatoes and carrots together. Save water from potatoes. Mix in sauteed mixture with mashed potatoes. Then add water and milk. Season and cook for 15 minutes. You can keep adding water and milk until right consistency.
