4 pork chops or pork steaks
2 1/2 cans sauerkraut, drained, reserve juice
Mashed potatoes

Brown 4 pork chops. Place in baking dish, add juice and meat. Cover with sauerkraut and top with mashed potatoes. Place in 400 degree oven until potatoes are browned and meat and sauerkraut are bubbling.
