BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 beaten egg
1 pkg. frozen broccoli

Mix together all ingredients, except broccoli. Cook broccoli until tender; drain and add to rest of ingredients. Mix well and put into casserole dish. Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top. Dot with butter.

Bake at 350°F until brown and bubbly.
