CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 chicken breasts cooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 eggs
1 pkg. broccoli
1 pkg. sharp cheese (reserve some for top)
1/4 c. butter
stuffing mix

Sauté onions and butter. Mix together eggs, mushroom and celery soup, mayonnaise and cheese and 2 teaspoons lemon juice. Add sautéed onions; mix well. Line bottom of casserole dish with broccoli; layer chicken on top of broccoli. Pour mixture on top. Spread remaining cheese on top. Sprinkle with stuffing mix.

Bake 350°F for 1 hour.
