BROCCOLI - CHICKEN CASSEROLE | |
1 can Cheddar cheese soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of celery soup 1 1/2 c. chicken broth 1 1/2 c. Minute Rice 1 can mushrooms 1 pkg. almonds 1/2 pkg. broccoli to taste 1 stick butter 1 box Stove Top Stuffing Mix 1 chicken or 4 chicken breasts (boneless works great - use 6 breasts) Mix canned soups, Minute Rice, almonds, mushrooms and broccoli. Put small layer in 9 x 13-inch pan; cover with remaining mixture. Melt stick butter. Stir in Stove Top Stuffing to moisten completely with butter. Spread on top of casserole as top crust. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven; let stand 15 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. |
