SOUR CREAM LEMON POUND CAKE 
2 sticks soft butter
6 eggs
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. lemon extract
3 c. sugar
1 c. sour cream
3 c. flour

Sift flour and measure, resift with soda and set aside. Cream butter and sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating constantly. Add sour cream, flour 1 1/2 cups at a time, add lemon extract. Pour in 10 inch tube pan greased and floured. Bake 1 1/2 hours in 350 degree oven. Let cool in pan.

I used lemon emulsion to make more lemon flavor in cake. 3 cups of sugar is a lot of sugar and I only left in oven 1 hour at 350°F and it was done. Recipe calls for 1 1/2 hours at 350°F. Used Bundt pan.
