EGG CUSTARD PIE 
2 c. milk, scalded
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond flavoring
4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 unbaked 9 inch pie shell

Combine milk, butter, and flavoring. Pour 1 egg yolk and sugar into 3 whole beaten eggs. Beat remaining egg white until stiff. Fold into mixture. Pour into crust. Bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees.
