EASY VEGETABLE BEEF SOUP 
1 lb. stew beef
1 cup water
1 can each, drained:
Whole kernel corn
Lima beans
Cut green beans
Carrots
2 c. shredded cabbage
Tomato juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Brown stew beef in 1 cup of water in large pot, for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper; if desired.

Put beef and liquid in crockpot, along with vegetables, cover to rim with tomato juice.

Cook on low 12 hours or on high for 5 hours. When beef and vegetables are tender, it's ready to be served.
