GROUND BEEF AND VEGETABLE SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
2 c. cold water
1 med. onion, chopped
3 med. carrots, diced
2 med. potatoes, cubed
1/2 c. chopped celery tops
2 c. tomatoes or tomato juice
1/2 c. uncooked noodles
Salt and pepper to taste

Simmer ground beef and water for 15 minutes. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer until vegetables are tender. Yield: 6 servings.
