MACARONI-HAM CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion (grated)
1 green pepper (diced)
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. macaroni (cooked)
1 lb. ham (diced)
3 c. tomato juice
1/2 lb. cheese (grated)
1 can mushrooms
Salt and pepper

Saute onion and green pepper in butter. Combine all ingredients in casserole dish, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Sprinkle additional cheese on top. Bake 325 degrees for 1 hour.
