MAKE AHEAD CASSEROLE 
2 c. macaroni, uncooked
1 1/2 c. ham, cut up
1 sm. onion, diced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1 sm. can mushrooms
1 can waterchestnuts, sliced
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 c. milk

Mix all ingredients together and put in well greased baking dish. Cover and let sit in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
