MACARONI HAM CASSEROLE | |
1/4 c. butter 1 lg. onion 2 cans tomato sauce 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 clove garlic 2 c. diced leftover ham 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 (8 oz.) box macaroni Cook macaroni and drain. Set aside. In a large skillet melt butter. Add onion and saute until tender. Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add ham and half of cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Add macaroni to sauce. Pour into a greased 2 quart dish. Top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
