GOURMET CHICKEN LORRAINE | |
3 chicken breasts, split 1 can mushroom soup 1 c. boiled onions 1/2 c. sherry wine 1/2 lb. cheddar cheese Place chicken in baking dish. Mix soup, onions and sherry; pour over chicken. Grate cheese over top and refrigerate for 1 hour. Place in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes. Uncover and continue baking for 45 minutes. Serve with rice. |
