GOURMET CHICKEN EASY! 
4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
1 (4 oz.) pkg. corned beef, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 tbsp. mayonnaise

Wrap each chicken breast in 2-3 slices of corned beef. Place in roasting pan. Mix soup and mayonnaise together. Pour over chicken. Bake 2 hours at 300 degrees covered. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving. Serve with rice.
