SUGAR FREE YAMS 
3 cans mashed sweet potatoes, no sugar added
2-3 cans chunk sweet potatoes, undrained
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. butter

Mix well and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
