RAISIN COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. Golden Brown Raisins
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 3/4 c. quick-cooking oats

Cover raisins and boil 5 minutes, drain. Mix peanut butter and sugar, add egg, vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients and oats and raisins. Drop by teaspoon. Bake 8 minutes at 350 degrees.
