“KIWI BLUEBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS” IS IN:

KIWI BLUEBERRY OVERNIGHT OATS 
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup low fat milk
1 kiwi, peeled and diced
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup plain yogurt
2 tsp. honey

In a container of  your choice,  add 1/4 cup of the oats, 1/4 cup of milk,  1 teaspoon honey, half of the diced kiwi and 1/8 cup blueberries.  Top with 1/8 cup of plain yogurt.

Repeat layers, ending with fruit topped yogurt. 

Refrigerate several hours or overnight.  

Enjoy!  One serving
