ZUCCHINI PASTA SOUP 
3 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. dried basil
1 onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 celery stalk, chopped
2 med. zucchini, chopped
1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
16 oz. canned tomatoes
1/2 c. Acini de Pepe
1 tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. oregano
Parmesan cheese

Saute onion and garlic until tender. Add celery and zucchini and cook 3 more minutes. Add broth and other ingredients except pasta, parsley and cheese. Simmer, covered after boiling first. Add pasta and cook 8 minutes. Add parsley. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
