GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1 pound graham crackers crushed
2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter (room temperature)
4 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs

Cream butter and sugar. Add the rest of the ingredients.

Put into ungreased 9 X 13 inch pan.

Bake 350 for 45 - 50 minutes. Serve plain or like gingerbread with lemon sauce.
