CREAM OF SPINACH SOUP 
1 pkg. frozen spinach, chopped
3 1/2 c. boiling water
5 chicken bouillon cubes
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. half & half
Dash of nutmeg
Salt to taste

Cook spinach in boiling water. Add bouillon cubes and sugar. Saute onion in butter. Remove from heat and add to cooked spinach. Add flour to butter in pan, stir. Add milk and stir until thick. Add to spinach mixture. Heat over low. Serves approximately 5.
