1 c. shortening
2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
1/2 tsp. lemon extract
4 tbsp. milk

Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Roll out and cut. Bake at 400 degrees until done.
