1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
Salt to taste

Cream butter, eggs and salt. Add milk and flour. Mix well. Pour mixture into a greased skillet. Heat oven to 375 degrees and bake for 30 minutes or until done. Mixture will bubble up. Serve hot with butter, syrup or jelly or any other spread. These are good for almost any meal.
