HEALTHY CHILI | |
3 (14 oz.) cans kidney beans 1 1/2-2 lb. ground meat (beef, turkey, chicken) 1 qt. tomatoes 2 peppers, chopped 2 med. onions, chopped 1 pkg. chili mix 2 carrots, ground Drain kidney beans and rinse. Brown ground meat with peppers and onions. Combine all ingredients and simmer 30-45 minutes. |
