HEART HEALTHY BREAKFAST
CASSEROLE
 
1 c. 2% milk
2 (8 oz.) cartons Egg Beaters
3/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 c. shredded part skim Mozzarella
1/2 lb. cooked turkey sausage
6 slices French bread, in 1/2" cubes

Spray 11"x7"x2" pan with Pam. Mix milk, Egg Beaters, cheese and seasonings. Add crumbled sausage and bread. Mix well. Bake, uncovered 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield: 6 large servings.
