HERB BREAD 
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. Italian seasoning
Enough buttermilk to drop dough

Cut butter into flour until well blended. Add cheese, seasonings and enough buttermilk to make moist dough. Drop dough by spoonfuls into buttered pan (deep pan). Bake at 450 degrees until done. Just before bread is done, pour 1/2 stick melted butter over bread. Add sesame seeds, if desired.
