WHITE JELLO SALAD 
2 env. Knox unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold milk
1 med. can (15 3/4 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow creme
2 env. Dream Whip

Mix gelatin and cold milk and let stand 5 minutes. Boil pineapple with sugar until it bubbles for 2 minutes. Add to gelatin while hot and let cool.

Combine cream cheese and marshmallow creme, then add pineapple mixture and blend at low speed. Refrigerate for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Prepare Dream Whip according to directions and fold into gelatin mixture. Spread into a 9x12 pan; sprinkle with chopped nuts or coconut.
