EASY BREAD 
6 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. salt
1 c. wheat germ
1/2 tsp. yeast
1 c. ground oats
3 c. water

An hour before bedtime, fling 1 cup oatmeal in blender and grind. Then in large bowl combine flour, salt, wheat germ, yeast and oats; mix. Add 3 cups tepid water. Knead, roll in flour and put back in bowl overnight, covered with damp towel. Next a.m. break down, divide in half. Put in 2 buttered bread tins, cover with wax paper. Leave on counter all day. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Paint tops with milk. Bake 40 minutes.
