EASY FOUR GRAIN BREAD 
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 c. buttermilk warmed to 110 degrees
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. safflower oil
1/2 c. whole wheat bread flour
2 c. unbleached white flour

Pour yeast into small bowl, and stir in buttermilk, honey and oil. Cover with plastic wrap and let stand until it swells and bubbles, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, combine flours with a pinch of salt. When yeast mixture is ready, pour it into flour mixture and use a large rubber spatula to combine. When mixture has been combined into a ball, place in greased bowl, cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise. Should double in size. After the dough has risen, remove from bowl to floured waxed paper or bread board, pinch off a good portion, roll out dough and cut into rounds. Bake on greased cookie sheet in preheated oven at 350 degrees until done.
