FIVE GRAIN BREAD 
3 1/3 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
2 pkgs. fast rising yeast
1 1/3 c. quick cooking oats
2/3 c. wheat germ
2/3 c. bran flakes
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. milk
6 tbsp. butter

Mix flour and yeast in large bowl, add oats, wheat germ, bran flakes, sugar and salt. Heat milk and butter. When butter has melted and milk has cooled to 125 degrees on thermometer; add milk mixture to flour mixture. Mix well. Spoon batter into 2 greased bread pans. Let rise in warm place until doubled in size (about 30 minutes). Bake at 375 degrees for about 30 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
