1 head cauliflower
1 bunch broccoli
1 onion
6 slices bacon, fried
3/4 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
Salt & pepper
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Mix together mayonnaise, sugar, salt, pepper and cheese and mix with vegetables and bacon. Refrigerate.
