1 lb. almond bark 1 c. peanut butter 1 c. Rice Krispies 1 c. mini-marshmallows 1 c. mixed nuts (optional) Melt almond bark. Blend in peanut butter and remaining ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto wax paper on cookie sheet. Place in freezer for a few minutes to set. Store in refrigerator. (The almond bark is white chocolate with almonds. You can also get plain white chocolate - a little cheaper and just as good. When I use almond bark I don't use cup of nuts.) |
