JOSH'S EASY SPICY ITALIAN PASTA 
2 grilled boneless chicken breasts, cut into strips*
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 (4 oz. ea.) cans sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies**
1 (16 oz.) pkg. pasta of your choice (bow ties seem to work best)

Note: If you buy chicken breast uncooked, cook in pan then cut into desired lengthwise strips. For a non-spicy version replace Rotel with a regular can of Hunts diced tomatoes.

Cook pasta of your choice according to package directions and drain.

Add in chicken strips, tomato soup and tomato sauce while stirring.

Let soup come to a boil then add in sliced mushrooms and Rotel tomatoes.

Heat and serve. Enjoy!
