BROCCOLI SOUP 
2 bunches fresh broccoli, cooked and chopped fine
1 c. American or Cheddar cheese
6 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper
2/3 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. butter
3 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk

Saute onion in butter. Stir in chicken broth and flour. Add broccoli and cheese. Simmer 20 minutes. Add milk and serve.
