6-8 lg. potatoes
8 oz. Cheez Whiz
1 c. mayonnaise
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
Fried bacon for top

Boil potatoes. Cool and cut up. Add onion and mustard, salt and pepper. Melt cheese over hot water in double boiler; mix in mayonnaise; mix well. Pour over potatoes and mix. Put in casserole and top with crumbled bacon. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Can also freeze, thaw before baking. Delicious with ham.
