SODBUSTER POTATO SOUP 
5 to 6 c. cubed potatoes
3/4 lb. hamburger, cooked
1 med. onion, chopped
1 stalk celery, diced
5 c. water
1 tsp. chicken bouillon
1 tbsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 can evaporated milk
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz

Put potatoes in dutch oven, stir in rest of ingredients except milk and cheese. Cook 45 minutes to 1 hour (or microwave approximately 12 minutes) until potatoes are done. Add milk and cheese during last few minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
