HOT FUDGE BROWNIE PIE 
Serve warm!

BROWNIE PIE:

2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/3 cup Hershey's cocoa powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Beat eggs in small mixer bowl. Blend in sugar and melted butter. Combine flour, cocoa and salt, add to butter mixture. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into lightly greased 8-inch pie pan.

Bake at 350°F 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Add hot fudge sauce (see below) and your favorite vanilla ice cream.

HOT FUDGE SAUCE:

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup Hershey's cocoa powder
1 (5 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook sugar, cocoa, evaporated milk and corn syrup over medium heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in butter, vanilla. Serve warm over brownie pie.
