STROMBOLI 
3 1/2 tsp. yeast in 1 1/2 c. warm water, let rise

1/8 c. oil
1/2 tsp. salt
2 3/4 tsp. sugar
3 1/2 c. flour

Mix together and knead. Let rise about 20 minutes. Roll out rectangle about 14 x 16. Place 1/2 pound of sliced ham, 1/3 way up from the bottom of dough, across in a line overlapping lightly. Top with 1/2 of the seasonings. Layer 1/2 pound sliced Mozzarella cheese on top of seasoning. Bring bottom piece of dough over to cover cheese. Top with 1/2 pound of sliced ham, other 1/2 of seasonings and top with 1/2 pound sliced Mozzarella cheese. Bring top piece of dough over and seal. Place long roll on a lightly oiled cookie sheet. Pinch seams together well. Pick with fork on top. Let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and let set for 15 minutes before cutting.

1/8 tsp. marjoram
1/32 tsp. thyme
