CORNBREAD (GRANDMA'S) 
2 c. cornmeal
1/4 c. flour
Handful of Crisco
1/2 c. buttermilk

Sift cornmeal and flour. Add buttermilk and Crisco. Mix with hands until soupy. Pour into greased frying pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. Then flip and eat.
