BROCCOLI AND CHEESE CASSEROLE | |
large pkg. frozen broccoli 1 can cream of mushroom soup Ritz crackers Velveeta cheese Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare broccoli as directed. Put broccoli into 9 x 12 baking dish. Mix in cream of mushroom soup (undiluted). Cube 1 cup of Velveeta cheese and mix in. Crumble about 12 crackers into casserole and stir slightly. Crumble and top casserole with 20 crackers or until casserole is covered with crackers. Bake for 30 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. |
