NACHO CHICKEN | |
1 can cream of chicken soup 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 4 oz. can chopped green chilies 1/2 c. sliced green onions 2/3 c. sour cream 1 c. crushed tortilla chips 2 c. diced, cooked chicken Combine soup, 1 cup cheese, chilies and onion in medium bowl. Stir in sour cream. Place 1/2 cup chips in bottom of 10x6x2 inch baking dish. top with half of chicken, half of soup mixture. Repeat layers. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle tortilla chips around edges of dish. Garnish with your choice of chopped tomatoes, sliced green onions and black olives. Serves 4 to 6 people. |
