MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 chicken, boiled & deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 bag nacho cheese Doritos - crushed
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Mix soups and chicken together in a bowl. Pour crushed Doritos in bottom of a 9 x 11 x 13 casserole dish. Pour soup and chicken mixture on top of Doritos. Top with sliced Velveeta. Bake in 350 degree oven until hot.
