1 boned chicken
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cut up
Salt and pepper to taste
10 oz. pkg. taco Doritos, crushed

Mix. 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 c. chicken broth

Use 1/2 package crushed Doritos with soup mixture. Pour over chicken. Top with rest of Doritos. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
