HOT PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. sugar
4 tbsp. flour
1 stick butter
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
1-2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix first 3 ingredients in shallow baking dish. Mix next 3 ingredients in a separate bowl, then sprinkle over first mixture. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese bubbles. Serve immediately. Serves 6.
